I suffer from disk problems in my neck which in turn leads to stiff sore shoulders, upper back and headaches. This wrap when heated in the microwave for 2 minutes gives warmth and seems to help keep the muscles and area around the disc warm and loose. The only con is that the interior pouch is filled with some kind of tiny nut shells so when it is heated, it smells a bit like a cross between potatoes and nuts! Not a bad smell, just unusual.

I liked the feel and fit of this product but I think the thickness of the material prevents the cold from passing through effectively to your skin. After being in the freezer for 48 hours, it did not get nearly cold enough. I did not try to heat it, so maybe that would work better.

I wish this did not smell so strongly.Have neck problems but I had an allergic reaction (congestion) I am very allergenic Would have loved to use it. Great coverege, Had to be heated 2 minutes to get adequate heat I gave it to my husband who is an artist and used to linseed smell. He loves it. Therefore will recommend with the caution of musty linseed smell and allergies.

My 92 year old mom loved it, but wished it stayed warm longer. Easy for me to remove bag to put in microwave and replace in cover, but difficult for an elder person.
