Comfortable and convenient, not cold

This knee wrap is great for my knee injury that needs to be iced constantly. I was so excited that it would ice every part of my knee all at once and is so comfortable! Unfortunately, no matter how long the insert is placed in the freezer, it is never super cold! I always end up putting a gel pack inside the cover which works well. Not worth the cost.

The outerlayer of this wrap is too insulated so doesn't transmit the cold and is inconvenient to wrap. The inner layer doesn't hold enough cold. STick to frozen peas and a handerkerchief.
