It was great for overnight bus trip, kept my neck warm, comfortable, and pain free. I often have neck pain from stress and athritis. It was quiet. I did not disturb other travelers. It was so easy to travel with.
I also use it at home with my back massager. It does not interfere with that operation at all. The combo works very well.

I had this on my wish list and got it as a gift. I now feel bad that someone spent [$] on this product for me. It is not what I expected. It is called a massager, which led me to think there would be small massaging nodes within the wrap that moved and vibrated to give you a massage. Instead, there is just a tiny, flat spot within the wrap that vibrates. That's all. Just vibrates. So I really wouldn't call it a massager. It's okay, but not particularly relaxing. If you are looking for an actual massager, I'd recommend getting something else.

I bought this several years ago at the Minneapolis airport. I travel abroad yearly on flights that are between 12 - 22 hours and have a very hard time falling asleep or staying comfortable. This massaging wrap gave me a restful sleep on my long haul flight to Singapore for the first time in a very long time and so when I lost it at an airport a year ago, I was absolutely devastated. I bought another travel pillow from Brookstone but it was not nearly as comfortable as this one. I've been searching for this massage wrap ever since but could not find it anywhere in the store. So, I'm super thrilled to have finally found it online! The best travel pillow I ever owned.

I use it after a long day of standing, on my hip area. Bought it for my Mom for Christmas, yet I use it way more than she does. However, there should be one that plugs into a wall socket, instead of using batteries.

Maybe because I have received a professional massage before is why I am not impressed. It vibrates, not massages. No moving nodes or anything that moves, just a constant vibration with the bonus feature of feeling like you are being strangled by a teddy bear.
Best compliment I guess might have been when my husband thought I looked like a character from Star Wars so maybe it will impress the kids.
Not sure if I will bother to tell my mother (who gave it to me) and ask for the receipt. I can only imagine other that gave this as a gift had the recipient be polite and say they loved it too.

I bought this to relieve some of the stress that I carry in my neck. It's an awful massage wrap. All it does is vibrate a little and it didn't hit any of the muscles in my neck. Was big and bulky to wear and not at all comfortable. It'a also very loud so not really relaxing. Returning ASAP.

I carry a lot of stress in my neck and this product is very relaxing. Wrapped around my neck, the buzzing is a bit noisy. Not much you can do about that, just something to think about.
