In addition to standard slide shows, you now have the additional option of a multi-slide show, which displays multiple photos at once and refreshes one image at a time. There's also a built-in clock and calendar.
More than just a frame for still images, our 10' digital frame also plays music and short videos with sound (MOV, AVI, MPEG, MP4).

This is very easy and extremely user friendly. I don't know what people are talking about. Don't try to figure it out if you get easily confused. Read the manual. Even just watching the video on this site alone would suffice for most people. Uh, read the manual.

I messed with this for hours and wanted to throw it out the window! I could never figure out how to transfer my photo files from iphoto to the harddrive of this frame. Software company customer service was terrible. I finally gave up and had to return it.

I have bought 4 of these. I had mine for a while now, and loved it, as did all my friends. So I had 2 sets friends recently get married, and I got them each a frame, and preloaded several pictures on a memory stick for them. The gifts went over very well! I then got one for my Mother for Christmas. She is not the most 'technical' person, so I loaded all the pictures on it for her, and she LOVES IT! She even brought it to a friend's house to show them all the pictures. Many of the pictures were even new to her since they had been sitting in a box for years. I have had no issues with mine so far, and I hope it continues to provides years of entertainment.
Why spend all the money for digital cameras, or photo processing if the pictures are just going to sit in a box, or a folder on your computer.

In the shop this frame looked great - lovely resolution, playing a video presentation. However, I have not been able to put together my own video presentation and get it to work. Says it plays AVI files. Does play them straight from the camera but I wanted to put together my own presentation. Just will not play. Controls are not user friendly.

The product was great, until it just stopped working out of the blue. Searched the net and found MANY complaints of exactly the same problem. I do not have the original receipt or packaging and have been told by the store that there is nothing they can do. Disappointing.

I'm certainly not a tech whiz. I want all the cool features, but I also expect my electronics to be truly user-friendly; I don't want to go digging for the manual all the time. That's what I like best about this frame—it is packed with features, but you can choose your level of involvement. If you're like me, you can use the Quick Access controls for quick, easy operation, right out of the box. (And if you want to get fancy and explore every option in detail, you can do that too!)
