I bought this to replace a previous Brookstone iPhone charger that I had for 2 years and loved. They no longer carry it, so I opted for this one...and it is terrible. It doesn't stay connected well when phone is in charger and can slide right out and not be charging when you think it is. There is also not a good connection from the cord to the charger and so you have to fuss with it to make sure it's charging each time.
It also can't be stood up like in the photo when you are charging it because they put the cord attachment at the bottom, but you can turn it on it's side only. The worst part is that it doesn't hold a charge for very long. My previous charger would still charge my phone after sitting in my purse all day, but this one is out of power, so bascally you have to take it right from the plug in phase to the charging of your phone phase, and can't just carry it around for later in the day when your phone is running low. I hate it and it was $50 more than my previous battery that worked much better!!
