I got this as a gift for my husband. I always get him a keychain light when his burns out. He absolutely LOVES this one!! He loves that the light hasn't started to dim with repeated use, and that this one isn't bulky on his keys like many of the other lights he has had. This is such a great toy for a husband, college kids, parents, and basically everyone that has a keychain. Don't get me wrong, it's a very practical device, but I have to call it a toy because my husband loves it so much that he finds EVERY way that you could possibly use this thing! He has it with him at all times, and will use it to shine on something if someone isn't paying attention, tease the cat, and make puppet shaddows on the wall. But this light really comes in handy. He uses it when he has to fix machines at work and when he has to look at something in his car. We have both used it to check the fuse box when the lights go out, and its actually more powerful than our flashlight. Basically, if you ever use keychain lights or if you are looking for a little gift for someone, this is really cool. For [$] bucks this is awesome.

I was happy with this flashlight for a few months, until I noticed the switch would no longer lock the light on. I brought it into a [...] store and asked for a replacement, but was told I needed to bring in a receipt. In any case, I kept using it, but now the battery seems to have died, possibly due to the bad switch. For something that's often given as a gift, I think it's inexcusable that [...] doesn't stand behind the product by offering a replacement if a customer brings a clearly defective unit into the store. For $2, I'd rate this flashlight highly, but for the price they're asking, it should be made to a higher standard.

Originally thought it was a dumb Christmas gift - that's what I get for thoughting. Keep mine on the keyring and feel safe at night going to and coming from the car - also used it indoors to check the house thermostat at night. Really like the switch to keep it on w/out having to touch it - keeps my hands free to bungle the stuff I'm carrying around.

My kids love flashlights. Good for them, bad for anyone else (like their mother and me) who needs a charged and ready light for power outages, to see in small dark places or to check on the kids in bed at night.
We've solved that problem with these small miracles. I've bought a half-dozen and scattered them around the house placed strategically on the top of door moldings. They are unobtrusive, invisible to the kids and always available. With only intermittent use they seem to last forever and I no longer curse darkness or my kids' fascination with draining flashlight batteries.

The only problem I had with this light at first was the blue colored light. I used it to see it patient's rooms in the middle of the night in the hospital. The blue color made some things hard to see. Then after about 6 months of using it, it suddenly got extremely dim. Now it is useless to me.

Loved it at first. Nice bright light. Loved that you could keep on without having to hold button down. When it came time to replace battery, couldn't unscrew one screw. Lost other screws in meantime. Replaced screws but not tight enough. Will only turn on if holding button down.
