Really really comfortable but it is definitely not shipped with enough foam. After i talked with Brookstone they said it takes 2-4 weeks for foam to fully inflate from the vacuumed sealed bag that it came in. Its been over 2 months and it still seams like its missing 10-20 pounds of foam. Other than that it is extremely comfortable though you do have to readjust it every day.
