I have only 2 pills that I have to take everyday. I didn't want a huge pill box to lug around with me because sometimes I forget to take them in the morning. This is the perfect size to load up my pills every week, throw it in my purse and forget about it. The zipper around the ouside makes sure that the pills don't spill out in my purse, which is great. It has the compartments labeled by day but there are 8 compartments which leaves one extra compartment labelled "x". I just load that up too then if I forget, I'm not stuck without my meds. I've bought 2 of these. Not because it was worn out or broken (they are very tough) but because I liked it SO much!
