I bought this for my pregnant wife. Took it out of the box, plugged it in, used it for 30 seconds and put it back in the box. There's a good reason they only sell this thing online...if they sold it in the store and people could test it, they wouldn't sell a single one. Don't waste your money on this piece of garbage.

I returned this immediately. To add insult to injury, it cost me $39.00 to return UPS. Box too big for USPS. I emailed Customer Service about returning and got an auto-reply that had nothing to do with returning a product. Brookstone used to have quality products. If this represents their current quality, I will never buy from them again.

Purchased as a replacement product. I like the various degrees of intensity and modes. However, I would like the heat to be more intense. Also, the product slips around on the chair. There should be some kind of strap to secure the middle of the product to the back of the seat you are using it on. Other than that, pleased with product.
