I like the dimmable light, but the mirror will not stay straight in the frame and I haven't found anyway to tighten it. I have to stick something in the frame to make it stay straight. Also the light bulb only lasted a few months. I only use it once a day for about 10 minutes. I called the number in the brochure to order a new one but it dosen't ring, I just get cut off. Waiting to hear back from customer service. In the meantime I purchased a new conair model.

The overall mirror is cheaply made. The switch broke after 13 months ~ just long enough to void the warranty. While I liked the product, I am not going to replace it with the same & I recommend you do the same.

I LOVED this mirror but at just over a year the on/off switch broke and my husband even tried to locate and replace the switch and wasn't able to locate a replacement switch. I tossed this mirror and will replace with a different brand.

On/off switch broke after one year for a high end mirror. Cannot be repaired apparantly and I'm not going to buy another one. Very disappointed. Loved it til it didn't last. I still have a make up mirror from 1979 with a workable on/off switch that I paid $15 for....we can't make one today that works a couple of years!
