I like the dimmable light, but the mirror will not stay straight in the frame and I haven't found anyway to tighten it. I have to stick something in the frame to make it stay straight. Also the light bulb only lasted a few months. I only use it once a day for about 10 minutes. I called the number in the brochure to order a new one but it dosen't ring, I just get cut off. Waiting to hear back from customer service. In the meantime I purchased a new conair model.

The mirror is a good size for my bureau top use (while standing) to apply makeup. The light is always just right because it is adjustable.
I would like it better if the mirror rotated from regular mirror side to magnified mirror side;I hardly use the regular side as a result, I walk to my wall mirror instead.

My wife bought a makeup table but there was not enough light for her to use. The light I purchased works fine. But I do have a complaint. I went to your store in Albany and they did not have it. The salesperson told me they would have it the following week, they didn't. So I ordered it line and after I ordered it I called back and gave them my gift card # and the operator said he could apply it, and that didn't happen either. I'm just a little upset with your store and also with your phone service.
