This mirror is AMAZING, I tweeze everyday on it- i am a freshman in college, and have used this mirror since i was a sophmore in high school when i got it for christmas. The bulb just burned out today, so i got about 3 full years with the bulb. magnification is great and i would reccomend to anyone, only the bulb is hard to install and if the plates mess up and it falls out its a pain to put back together, also i always needed a penny or some ribbon to put inbetween the mirror and bulb for it to stay straight and not flip. otherwise great.

I first saw this mirror at a Brookstone store, I looked in that mirror and could not believe it, I found a few things on my face that needed attention! I'm a bargain shopper and for me this is expensive...so I waited, but could not get it out of my head. So I ordered one and just ordered the replacement bulb with it. ($5.00) I love it and have had for a year and still have not changed the bulb! My husband and sons love it too.

I put this mirror on my dressing table. It's natural light help me a lot on applying make up. The mirror is clear & no distortion. I bought the replacement tube from Brookstone store for spare. It much convenience to get the bulb. I addict to use it everday !

Just received the mirror. I was worried the lighting and 10x magnification would not be good because I have a collection of lighted magnification mirrors that are terrible. This one pleasantly surprised me. It's great! I wish I found this one sooner. The price is higher than most, but it is well worth it!!

I like the dimmable light, but the mirror will not stay straight in the frame and I haven't found anyway to tighten it. I have to stick something in the frame to make it stay straight. Also the light bulb only lasted a few months. I only use it once a day for about 10 minutes. I called the number in the brochure to order a new one but it dosen't ring, I just get cut off. Waiting to hear back from customer service. In the meantime I purchased a new conair model.
