Comments about Luxmo Shel-Tek Knight iPhone 4 and 4S Holster Combo Case:

When the first one arrived, I opened the package to find that the case was cracked. When I called to return it, I was told to contact the manufacturer and obtain an RGA myself. After waiting over a week of waiting, I drove 25 miles to a Brookstone store. I reordered the case. After using the second case for a week the spring of the holster popped out, causing the clip to swing open...Rather than going through the hassle of a return, I opted to just order a replacement on my dime. The spring on the third clip lasted one day. The two plastic tabs that hold the steel spring in place snap off in normal use. I very poor design. I have gone through three of these cases in a month. I cannot recommend this product. I have spent nearly $100 inc tax and shipping, and I still don't have a working phone case. No assistance from Brookestone...
