This pillow is very comfortable and relaxing . Everybody in my house loves it . We have several of them and thinking in buying another one . The only con is that they don't have the pillowcases anymore.

I had hip replacement surgery and needed something between my knees at night. It's PERFECT. I love to lay my head on it too, when I nap. If I'm sitting on the sofa with my lap top, my arm is resting on this pillow. If I walk away, my husband steals it! It's a perfect little comfy pillow. I take it with me wherever I go. I can't be without it.

We have six Nap pillows of various vintage. L-O-V-E Them!!!! Current version is lower quality than previous: no zipper and nap is too long and gets matted down too easily. Please bring back the old zipper and short fuzz version!!!!

My Spouse and I each use these pillows as well as our regular bed pillows, they are so comfortable. Unsure why advised not to sleep with them (fill may be dangerous if cover splits perhaps ?) We also bring these with us when we travel. Only four stars because can't clean them. - go back to zippered covers or sell additional covers

The pillow was received with a blanket and I love both of them, but give the pillow up to the grandchildren. Would like to buy the pillow for them for Christmas, but will not since the case can not be taken off to wash

This has been such a wonderful little pillow for me, I just love it! Mine has a removable cover that I can take off and throw in the washer, and it launders up beautifly. I had a friend staying with me after some facial surgery and she dominated my little pillow, and I have to tell you, I really missed not having it in my own bed, obviousley I need to buy another.

Great for napping or lounging while watching TV or reading a book, or long car rides. Will buy another one because the kids love it, too - I need to get them their own!
The reason for not giving it 5 stars - - I did notice that if I sleep on it for an entire night, my neck is a little sore in the morning so I try not to use it all night...just for short rests or naps.
