The KETTLER® EX3 Stationary Bike will satisfy the needs of both beginners and well-conditioned athletes. This compact and programmable exercise bike features silent electromagnetic resistance in range of 25W to 400W. Adjustable-angle handlebars and a saddle that's height-adjustable in both vertical and horizontal configurations accommodate varying user preferences. A Siemens® LCD computer with keypad controls the resistance in manual mode (automatically adjusting in Heart Rate Control program). Measurements include time, speed, rpm, distance, heart rate and calories burned. An earlobe clip is also provided for heart rate monitoring.
