We unpacked and it was awhile before we used it. I had already thrown away the box, etc. when we noticed that the cord was cut in several places. Taped the cord. Also the lid was scrathed up. Hope that it will be alright.
Haven't cooked any paninis but it grills okay and is easy to clean. Seems cheaply made though.
