I use the Jillian Michaels Ultimate Adjustable Speed Dumbbell – Set of 2 when I work out which is almost everyday. I use them every other day. The weights are changeable and you can choose the weight you want. The weights come on a holding tray that holds the weights and dumbells in place and the holding tray is small enough to tuck under the bed or store in a corner where you workout and it doesn't get in the way.
There isn't anything that I can find that's wrong with the dumbells. They are very well made and sturdy. A+++

It is by Jillian Michaels, so obviously it is great!! It was a gift for my husband he loves it. Much better then the loose weights that I worry about flying off :)
