Very easy to use and set up
It didn't clean my jewelry as well as I expected it to. Diamonds did not sparkle like they do when the jeweler does them.
the only con I have is that the steam shoots out in a wide range and you must be careful to not burn yourself
It isn't as good as the jewelers but far better than an ultrasonic cleaner alone. Works best if you first use the ultrasonic, then this. Remarkable difference on gold, not so on silver. I had no problems with use;used it hanging over a sink. The rubber tips of the tweezers making a good grip but don't stay on when removing jewelry so careful not to lose them.
