We waited awhile before ivee entered our lives, and I must say, we are so excited to FINALLY have her. We love ivee! She's friendly, simple, and so easy to use, I never thought I would say this, but I have so much fun setting my alarm clock. Have you ever been excited to go to bed? Well now you will be, when you take home ivee. All you say is "hello ivee" and she talks back to you, "Command Please," letting you know that she is now listening for your command. You can then say direct commands like, "Time," "Set Alarm 1," or "Alarm 1 ON," and she listens perfectly each time. The voice recognition is so smart, it impresses me and my husband every time it works. It reminds us of the new voice control software Siri (on Apple's newest iPhone). We give ivee 2, well I guess 4 thumbs up, and we can't wait to see what ivee comes out with next.

Numbers are very large and easy to read. However, if you want/need a dark room for sleeping this is not the clock for you. It's just short of sunlight at night and woke me up often due to the brightness (and it was set on dim). Almost a deal-breaker for me. Considered putting some cloth over the screen, but at that price should I have to?
Voice recognition was the final straw for my wife. Ivee took the role of the mistress and refused to listen, nay, straight up ignored my wife. I found this hilarious, she at 6am, did not. It should be noted we were well within the specified distance. I too would have to talk very loud in the morning to get Ivee's 'attention' which is abrupt first thing.
The controls on the unit were not very responsive to touch and ended up being more frustrating than talking.
I still think the product could be good, but this was definitely a version .1
Sorry Ivee, I liked you, kids LOVED you, wife hated you so we had to break up.

Love it. At first, I had some trouble accurately setting the alarm times. Once I realized that I had to speak normally (and not enunciate) I didn't have any more problems.
The only con I have is that the temperature report when the alarm goes off is essentially useless.

This has an easy 3 step setup. Dual alarms. 6 alarm options to choose from. Saying off turns off the alarm. Voice commands work up to 10 feet away. It even tells you the time and indoor temperature. I bought this as a birthday gift for my mom. She showed it off to everybody at the party.

I own two of these myself and love them. I just purchased 5 more to give as xmas gifts to family. You will love Ivee. You speak to her and she speaks back to you. I am so happy not having to set an alarm every night and not having to worry about hitting the wrong button at 4:30 A.M.

Initial setup was easy; Ivee understood everything I said. Since then, I have had to say "Hello Ivee" several times before it will answer and most of the time it understands my next command wrong.
Also, the manual is not clear on how to stop an alarm for one day and have it ring again the next day (it implies that the feature is there, but does not say what the command is).

Ivee works exactly as advertised... the voice recognition is amazingly good... I ordered this clock from another website (and paid a bit more for it...) but it was well worth the money. Have had no difficulties with it whatsoever. I am baffled by the reviews concerning the brightness of Ivee... you can turn off the nightlight feature by simply saying "Hello Ivee... nightlight off" and the time display has a high and a low brightness setting... mine is on high and is still not blindingly bright as some others seem to believe... They must be accustomed to sleeping in windowless rooms or something... I love my Ivee 100%!

Newly updated flex is now fantastic!
I got a Flex earlier this year and found some of the problems encountered in these reviews. After contacting the manufacturer, they informed me that they had found a few units with glitches and problems. I received a new unit from the updated shipments and Oh My Goodness, what a difference. My first Flex was terrible and this one is beyond great.
All new Ivees will be glitch free and firmware can be updated whenever something new is introduced!
The speaker on my old Ivee was poor. This one may be too good. I have a smaller bedroom and Ivee is ideal for 5 to 10 feet away. Makes sense because she is voice triggered and not so much touch so she can be far away and the display is large and clear. So She can be a tad louder than I like in there. I put a sound dampening mat under her and now, that is no longer an issue. Ivee is extremely good at what she does and very sassy in a good way because she has many ways to speak (Command please, Hey, How may I help you etc). You get dual alarms and the indoor temperature. 6 sleep and 6 alarm sounds for variety too.
Do not hesitate to buy one now. I absolutely love this feature filled marvel.
