The night light was too bright even on the dimmest setting, and you can't see the time at all with the night light off. I turned it off at bedtime, but had to speak to Ivee in the morning to get her to turn the light back on. She doesn't like my morning voice and says "I don't understand you." Very frustrating! Also, if my husband happens to already be asleep when I need to set the alarm, the only way to set is to speak to Ivee which might wake hubby up. Didn't want to hurt her feelings, but she is going back to store.

Love this but volume is quite low..ivy not able to recognize all your words sometimes gets frustrating to my dad if you don't speak up each time. He is in a wheelchair so this item is handy as he cannot change his position in bed once put in he can just ask for the time date etc..

My son really wanted this for Christmas, after he saw reviews of it online.
Once it was set up, it is nothing more than a digital clock! IVEE does not understand any commands or it just does it's own thing. It is totally frustrating to my son who was really excited about getting it.
