To the poster that said it doesn't fit the iPad 3, I wonder if you maybe have it on wrong, I have a 3 and it fits mine perfectly with all camera and port cutouts where they need to be. Love this case/stand, grips to any surface and feels great in the hand. Very rigid yet well cushioned and provides a snug fit without marring or scratching the iPad. Protects the back of the iPad unlike the Apple smart cover and is the same cost as the polyurethane ones. Closing the cover takes a few tries to get but easy once you get it. My only gripe is that maybe one it of ten times I close it, the auto sleep doesn't engage, so I have to open and cloe again or push the sleep button.

Love this product, fun colors, texture makes it easy to hold. BUT, the feature that makes it sleep/wake up when the cover is opened or closed is faulty. It goes to sleep when I first close the cover, but when I "click" the cover completely shut, it turns back on again. It took me awhile to realize this was happening (and eating battery life!). It must be that the magnetic sensor is triggered to turn it back on when the cover is pressed tightly closed. Really a shame, since it's a pain to have to remember to manually turn it off every time. I would recommend for a stylish, affordable cover, but the sleep glitch could be a deal breaker.

The clip case is a good design. The rubberized leather is a VERY good idea but the case is not as sturdy as the real leather version. The rubberized version has a bend seam down the screen cover side which does not work well when in the easel mode. When the box arrived it was opened and the tape job was like a little kid did it. Plus the ipad2 case box was opened as well.

The case is slim and slightly tacky for easy control. This is far better than the Apple alternatives and less expensive. I would buy this case again, in a minute.

I like this case. It's nice looking and functional. However, the clips that hold the iPad in place are a bit stiff and it's hard to get in and out. The finish of the fabric actually came off a bit as I was trying to get my iPad in the first time.

Needed a protective cover that provided a good grip. The rubbery surface of this one is just right on the outside, keeps it from slipping from your hand when holding, stable on your tray table etc. when using the case to prop it up. Inside surface is soft to protect screen. Total profile is slimmer than many of the upscale leather cases, but quality seems just as good and feels better to hold onto. Wish it came in more/better colors; other than basic black they were kind of girly.

I love the color and how it sits up in landscape mode - works great for watching videos. I don't like that the cover comes away from the iPad if you try to fold it back and hold in portrait mode.
