I do not understand why this pillow is on the market. Firstly, you need to unzip the pillowcase to get to the nozzle to inflate the pillow, which is very inconvenient. Secondly, when you inflate the pillow, you don’t have time to close the nozzle before it completely deflates. I have had several inflatable pillows and this by far is the worse that I have come across and was very disappointing for the [$] I spent on it.

Don't buy this pillow. I traveled with it twice and now it keeps deflating. I always wake up with a stiff neck. Sounded like a good idea at the time but it's better to buy a real travel pillow. Of course, Brookstone won't replace mine because I threw out the receipt.
Wasted money if you actually travel a lot!!!
