I'm an overweight guy who walks all day at work.
Never had a foot massage before but this machine is really good. My size is 13 and my foot fits perfectly but it does starts to slide out after 5 minutes. Not a big deal, at least it massages you everywhere. The bottom roller is too much after 30mins.
The kneading air pressure is strong and wont hurt my feet that was broke.
I wish it would have a heat function.

Received i-need foot massage as a gift. Christmas AM I used it for 20 minutes and was pleased. My daughter, a professional massage therapist, was also initially pleased. However, even on the low setting, the next day the squeeze and plantar roller feature were far too intense and painfull. Returned device to store for a new one suspecting a defect, but the exchanged one was also too intense even on the lowest setting. The device is designed amazingly well and would be great if the intensity could be decreased. May have to return it and search for an alternative.

I've been looking for years for the perfect foot massager and have finally found it. This air pressure system is the only product I have found that truly replicates having a foot forcefully squeezed by hand. The air pressume is surprisingly strong, but stil comfortable, and my wife is finally relived of her foot rubbing responsibilities. So we're both happy.

I use the product daily. I love the intensity setting. I can choose soft or hard squeeze settings. I can also choose whether it massages the bottom of my feet or not. I do wish it would be more like a boot where you put your feet into it so my feet wont slide out so easily and it would do the ankles too

I purchased 4 of the iNeed to help with the problems I have with my left foot. Each one, after about 3 - 5 uses, the rollers stopped working. The first one I returned the store manager asked me if I stood in it. I asked her if I looked like I was 5. I returned to the store so many times, the sales people knew me.
Sales team claimed they've only seen that happened in the store due to the constant use. But I tried 4x and gave up. Cost too much just for the air massage.
When it worked, it helped with the circulation to my foot. Like I mentioned the unfortunate thing was, in each one, the roller stopped working. I loved it when the rollers worked!

I had the impression from your online ad it had a bar that rolled up and down the entire bottom of your foot and it does not. It just has raised nodes that rotates around and around on the same spot on your foot, and it actually becomes very irritating. The air pressure is way too much even on low I felt my feet were getting scrunched to the point of getting hurt.

I got this foot massager for my husband with diabetes and low circulation in his feet. He also has had problems recently with plantar fasciatis. We love this foot massager. It took a little while to get used to it as the pressure was a bit much for him at the beginning. He had to ease into it, but loves it now.

Got as a gift not even two weeks in the gears get stuck,so exchanged it. Then a couple months later the gears break again. Good thing the person bought a extended warranty! Other than that its a wonderful machine!!

Wonderful machine only wish the shiatsu massage rolled up and down the bottom of the foot! Like heaven on my sore tired feet! Actually bought 2 of them on the same night 1 for me and 1 for my son and he loves it also!
