I was on the audiophile scene for a decade and learned how to tweak speaker performance with sound baffling and weighting the speaker support. Out of the box the sound was excellent, rich, full, and lush. Then I took a day to tweak it, and the results are absolutely astounding. The speakers inside the box are incredible for the price. A box of this type is always a design compromise, and tweaking will always help. But this is by far the most improved performance of a set of speakers than I have ever seen anywhere. Whoever your manufacturer was, keep buying from them. You have a jewel of a product.

I use this product on my kitchen countertop, both for my iPad and iPod devices. I love the elegant, ergonomic design and the great room-filling sound that this unit provides. The only feature that I would like to have seen is control over bass and treble, which would provide more flexibility in playback. Overall, an excellent value for the price paid!
