Nicely designed and versatile product that I originally saw in a high-end hotel room and coveted. Useful for charging multiple portable devices at the bedside or in the kitchen.
Quality control and customer service are unfortunately issues. My Lightning tip was crooked on arrival and broke off within one day. I immediately wrote to customer service (email only-no phone service) and I'm still awaiting a response 4 days later...
