I use it for monthly expense reports. Scan the receipts in and then fax them off all on the ipad. I am pleased with the quality and ease of scanning documents or pictures. I now have newest ipad with lighting connection. The scanners only have the 30 pin connection. You can use teh apple connection converter, but you then have to brace the ipad with something in the back. Need to produce the scanner with lighting connection for iPhone 5 and new ipad and above to come. Very nice tool to have.

Use for worksheets and papers from school. Easy to use and works well with "Type on PDF" app for the iPad and iPhone.

Worked very well the first few times I used it but now the paper will not feed properly and is practically useless. Be wary of this product. Maybe just mine was a lemon but I would not recommend it.

I use this to electronically keep all of my documents. It would be great if it did double sided or two pages in one document, but tell a great item!

I have gone through 5 scanners since Decemember of 2012. At first, the scanner works beautifully. If u use the "picture/document cover" after five or six times, you will start to see a straight line through the picture/document u scan.
Brookstone has been very cooperative working with me through this problem; they sent info into the corporate office to explain this situation.
I live 45 minutes for the store, so my complaint is returning the scanner for a new one.
This is the only portable scanner I have found that scans pictures. I will continue working with Brookstone until this situation is resolved.
