The mic on these headphones works, but I've been told that I sound like I'm in the car when I'm sitting at my desk. They have nice sound to them-- I have found them muddy from time to time but nowhere near the problems I've heard with Skullcandy or some Sennheisers. I love what House of MArley is trying to do, and these are a good product in the lower-end of their lineup.
