I set the grill on a safe base on my backyard table, and we sit around the table, driving wine, grilling a little as we go. Because ALL the heat is focused up -- rather than through the walls like in a Weber (and don't get me wrong, Weber is a GREAT product) -- the efficiency is amazing and the result is fantastic.
