This BergHOFF Hotel Line covered braiser is made with 18/10 stainless steel with 4 layer sandwich base for even heat distribution and faster cooking.

Braiser features a matte finish on inside and outside surface with a mirror polished finish cover. Works on all cook tops, including induction. Stainless steel handles provide a firm and safe grip, and braiser also offers a practical pouring rim.
