I was very happy with the quality of my purchase.
However, I was disappointed that I was not given the "free shipping" I was promised. I did make a mistake on my order and forgot to put "Ship99" on my order, but immediately called back Brookstone and was assured by two different people my account would be credited for the shipping charge. So far this was not done. I would appreciate help with this as well as my gift for completing this survey. Thank you, Linda Parsons
