I keep the vacuum in the room off the kitchen so it's always handy. It's small so it's easy to tuck out of the way. I only need to charge it once a week and I use it everyday! We cook everyday in our house and we manage to get flour, breadcrumbs, whatever we're working with on the floor somehow, so we need to vacuum the floor in there everyday. I also use it to vacuum at the breakfast bar where the kids eat - it's great on the hardwood! It doesn't 'spit' what it's vacuuming like my high end and much heavier vacuum. It's just easy!
I also find that I get more help around the house from my kids with the cleaning. There's no dragging out the big vacuum, hauling it upstairs to clean their room or downstairs to clean their playroom. This is so lightweight and they find it fun!
The thing I noticed most is all the dirt it sucks up! I never thought my old vacuum wasn't getting my house clean - but it wasn't! The suction is amazing! I really Just can't say enough about this vacuum. Thanks for making such a great product that is easy to use, lightweight and powerful!

First tried this out after vacuuming w/my upright vac, and Wow - the AirRam showed just how much my vacuum missed!
The GTech glides over tile, picks up debris close to walls/cabinets, and does a great job on carpet without having to double-back.
After using the GTech, my old vacuum is just too much work. The GTech AirRam allowed me to vacuum my entire first floor all within the intermission of an NHL game. Win!

I have tried many different vacuum cleaners, and although I would say most were very good in terms of suction, they were a pain in terms of being heavy, cumbersome and noisy, plus I found dealing with the cord to be a drag (first world problem, I know). This vacuum is not as powerful as the others I have owned (and they were top brands, but I'm not allowed to reference them by name in this review), but I will take it ANY DAY over those because it is so light, agile and easy to use. And how I love not having a cord. I have to vacuum a lot because we live near the beach and we have a Golden Retriever, so having this vacuum definitely improves the quality of my life. I have only had it for about 2 months, so I can't speak to how well it will last.

Buy it!!!
Use it on carpet and tile works outstanding.
No cord, lasts long enough to do a 2000 sq foot house,
while taking your time.
The downsides are: 3-4 hours to charge and is noisy,
but doesn't take away from an outstanding vacuum.
Buy it, you won't regret it!!!

I am a bit of a vacuum cleaner freak. In the last 10 years I have had 5 different high-end vacuums. This is hands down my favorite. It cleans almost as well as all but 2 of the full-size vacuums and better than all the rest. it is by far the most maneuverable and cleans under couches, chairs and beds, and gets virtually all the dirt, pet hair, etc. in one pass. The best thing, and I wouldn't have thought of it if I hadn't watched the video, is that it does a great job on couches, chairs, bedspreads and anything upholstered. The battery life is phenomenal. I can clean my whole house (3200 sq. ft.) and still have battery power to spare.
As for what's not so great, the only thing I can think of is that it's a bit noisy, but that's just the sound of it doing it's job. I love this vacuum.

We use this daily on our tile and carpeted floors in our veterinary hospital. It has a lot of suction,a long run time, and works very well picking up pet hair. Do to the design, the debris goes straight from the brush to the collection area and cannot clog up hoses or other parts. We previously used another cordless vacuum that has been rated number one for a few years-this is much better for cleaning and a breeze to clean out. If it works in our office, you should be very happy using it in your home.

I'm very excited to say this vacuum takes care of all my needs! I have two young children and two large dogs. My house has every type of floor and this vacuum covers them all with no problems. When it arrived at my door, I had just vacuumed with my other vacuum, but I was so excited to see how the new one worked, I vacuumed again. When I emptied the bin, I was so surprised to see all it had picked up that my other vacuum had missed! My dinning room rug has not looked this clean from the time it was new. The best part is how it is light weight and easy to use. It cut my vacuum time in half! I use it on my stairs and furniture and it does a better job than my small hand held. I use it everyday because it is so easy. No more pet hair for this house!!

I read other reviews before buying...most were from the UK. At 7 pounds, and without a power cord to bother with, it seemed a good idea for the quick clean or touch-up, especially if transporting up or down stairs. Compared to a full-sized, heavy duty vacuum, it may seem a bit like a "toy," and it is noisy. But the suction is amazing and it does a credible job on both carpet and hard surface floors. It is great not having to wrestle with a cord, and the run time is probably long enough to touch up the whole house. The receptacles for dust and lint are small and will usually fill up after one or two room-sized carpets, but the machine is light and the empty procedure simple enough that it isn't a major drawback. It's a good secondary vac.
