I was already using my fitness pal to track my calories and micros. Once I knew I could use this with that site/app, I was sold. I put mine on my bra and only remove it to wash it. So far, it's stayed in place quite nicely and I usually forget its even there.
This is a great way to personally keep track of your calories, or a good way for a personal trainer/physical therapist to keep an eye on his/her client.

My wife wears this daily. I set up the account and sync for her laptop. Works great. She is a nurse so her numbers are very high. It's amazing to see how much someone does in 1 day. I came on here to order 1 for myself and decided to write the review on hers while I was here.

I was disappointed there is no way to syn with anything other than my desk top or lap top. I would have at least liked an iPad app. But even using an app on my phone I can't sync. I also can't just type in the stats from my fit bit like "steps taken" or "calories burned" I have to input activities & try to guess at times to add the calories burned the fit bit tracked. The makes tracking stuff online very time consuming. I bought the fit bit to make life easier, not harder. That being said...I do like having it track steps & calories for me. It does encourage me to be more active. Just wish it would sync!

The thing awesome! It's so small and combact, it fits in any bag I use- and I mostly use small bags because I hate carrying around big, heavy purses. It even fits in my pocket if I'm not carrying a bag. I lost 16 pounds so far and this helps a lot by making sure I reach my everyday goals. :)

The size of the FitZip is great. The device works well except for the issue of needing to have a separate fitbit account in order to sync it. If this is your first Fitbit device, you will be fine. If you already own a Fitbit Ultra and thought you could use the FitZip for workouts and your Fitbit Ultra for other activites on the same account it won't work.
