This air-filled disc has a unique dome-shaped top that mimics the FitBALL® Exercise Ball (sold separately). One of the most versatile fitness and rehabilitation tools available, the FitBALL® Seating Disc can be used as a standard balance disc on the floor or as an Active Sitting cushion that fits in most chairs.

The thinner profile of the disc’s side prevents circulation issues caused by regular balance discs when used for Active Sitting. The FitBALL® Seating Disc has a smooth surface on one side, with sensory points on the other to aid in air flow. A FitBALL® Pump is recommended for full inflation/adjustment (not included).
