It's very uncomfortble and way too stiff, although as time has gone by and I've used it, it is getting a little more comfortable, however, I can't use it nightly, it hurts my neck too much.

I have used this pillow for 13 years now and love it. I love it so much that when I travel, I take it with me. It helps with headaches and neck pain so much. I am now looking to buy a new one and I keep coming back to to this same pillow. I know it is expensive, however it is WORTH every penny you spend. We are also buying the pillows now for our 6 and 9 year old children to see if helps them. My 6-year old will beg to sleep with us just so she can use our pillows. Don't pass this pillow up, you will LOVE it!!!
