Comments about Dog About Food and Hydration Pack:

I would have liked this product more if it was backpack style or if the dog could have carried it himself. Overall it is a great product when you are hiking with a large dog. It held enough food for several days for my Great Dane puppy and I loved the zip off bowls and water baldder with hose to fill the water bowl. The strap was comfortable with the pad on it, the food got really heavy once the bag was full. Because of the style of the strap, I only used it for the one trip. That is my fault though as I should have realized how heavy the food and water would be and that I prefer a backpack style for heavy items.
