Both however are very functional. The wheels turn in all directions and work very well no matter how heavy my bag gets after a short or long trip.
I have the small and big version of this bag. The smaller version comes in so many fun colors - I really wish the big one did as well. :( Was the biggest let down of all times to find a location close by wanting to get the bigger version of my favorite small one only to find out it only comes in grey. Womp WOMP.

I use this luggage every week for business travel. So far it is holding it's own with the baggage handlers at the airports. It rolls easily even when loaded with heavy training materials. It doesn't roll as easily on carpeted areas in airports, but it rolls much better on carpet than my old luggage.

This is a great product but unfortunately the description above is misleading. This suitcase is actually only 24" in height, not 26".
