I travel internationally about 100 days a year and the 19 inch size meets most airlines carry on size. The design allows me to place my soft briefcase on top while I wheel it down the airline isle and through the airport. This reduces shoulder strain from my bag and on hard surfaces the Dash rolls upright which is lighter than rolling it behind me.
The Eagle Creek Pack-It system fits perfectly on the left side with the mesh divider keeping my shirts from getting wrinkled. I do travel light with so this may not be sufficent for other travelers. I fit four polo shirts, two t-shirts, one pair of slacks, shorts, five socks/underwear, light jacket and sandles with some room left over for small gifts.
The telescopic handle will retract to a 2/3rd length position making it easier to carry up stairs and is the perfect height when wheeling it in the upright position on four wheels. I fully extend the handle when pulling the case behind me on carpeted surfaces.
For traveling light and not checking luggage, this is the perfect solution.

Nice but small
It is smaller than my older, cloth carry-on and has no outside pockets in which to place itineraries, magazines, boarding passes, maps, etc.

I travel weekly for work, on a 4 day 3 night schedule so it's the perfect size. I love that rolls sideways and I don't have to pull it behind me. I have also used this suitcase for a laptop bag. I put a small carry case on the side with the mesh and I put a laptop inside that case, and another inside the flap on the front of the case (where you put cords and stuff). I then keep all my accessories on the other side making security super easy. It's pink and I put a little green pad lock on it for when I gate check, so my mutiple laptops are safe and it's easy to find. The hard side also ensures my laptops stay safe and dry. Just wish the wheels lasted longer but I guess I am a little hard on them.

This is a great size for three day trips. I have room to spare. It fits well in the overhead of regional jets. I am extremely pleased and may buy the 21" for longer trips.

I travel domestically at least once per month and to Europe 1-2 times per year. I bought the DASH at the airport because my laptop bag was worn out. I rolled this little bag through the streets of Paris, into cafes, and in and out of the metro. It withstood the toughest cobble streets and subway steps and I recieved many compliments along the way. Mine is green. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a small business carry-on.

I travel for work at least twice a quarter and live away from home, so I'm on planes a lot. The Dash makes my travel life so much easier! It's a great carry-on; the best I've ever owned. It's small enough to fit between aisles on an airplane as well as fit well in overhead bins. The four rotating wheels make it easy to maneuver, and the strong walls keep belongings from getting crushed. Even though it's small it holds a surprising amount. If you are a good packer, you can easily get three or four days worth of clothes, shoes and toiletries in here. If you're a really good packer, five to six days. I can not recommend this product enough- and I do every time I travel and someone asks where I got that great suitcase!

Love this bag. Mine is the green and I can always find it on the retrieval carousel at the airport. It is so easy to carry around (mostly rolling) and because it is hard sided, I can put my computer in it and not worry. I have since bought the next size up and the rolling office. I am also considering the 24" because I love this suitcase so much.

I purchased this suitcase approximately two years ago and use it all the time for personal or business travel. When packed thoughtfully, it can hold enough to get me through Europe for 10 days (not bad considering I am a woman that tries to be stylish on the road.) The swivel wheels are the best and make it really easy to maneuver. My favorite comment was a guy with a thick Appalachian accent who did a double-take (like many do with this suitcase) and then remarked "It looks like you're walking a dog." Haha. I love the red color and how lightweight and durable the bag is. The only drawback is that there is no easy access to items inside that need to be removed quickly, like a laptop or liquids. I try to carry those in a backpack (my personal item) and use the suitcase (carry-on item) for things I don't need to access frequently at the airport, like clothes.
