used in the bedroom to avoid smoke odors from clinging to bedding and clothing in the closet. it works to the extent that a non smoker cannot detect smoke odors in the room where it is employed. unlike fans or ionizers, which do not completely eliminate smoke odors yet hum, this product makes no noise and completely eliminates smoke odors.
