The phone is nice perfect for an office setting. Old fashion look defiantly makes it noticeable to guests. Kids love the phone they always want to make a call ;0) You defiantly want to keep the sound on low if you have the sound high when people are talking to you it's way too loud. Also the ring is perfect it's not that loud that it's annoying. I would purchase this phone again.
