I purchased two 36" pre-lit wreaths for the outside of our two-storey house, which is covered with vinyl siding. I already had hooks up that attach to the vinyl siding with glue strips, but they are not quite strong enough to support these wreaths because each has two battery packs which hold two size D batteries, adding a lot to the weight. I do not want to pierce the siding to attach hooks to the wood underneath. I suggest in future changing to a lighter weight battery, even if the battery is more expensive. It would make the wreaths much easier to hang. I very much like the fact that there is a 6-hour timer on them.

My husband and I bought four of the larger wreaths two seasons ago. We brought them out for the third season and three of the four wreaths don't work anymore. Half of the lights on each wreath don't work and it's part of the electrical board so can not be repaired. The equipment on these things is cheap and will break down. We did not get our money's worth by far with these wreaths. Now we are off to buy all new from somewhere else.

I used this wreath to replace an older fibre-optic wreath that required an extension cord and was beginning to show its age. The new wreath is beautiful and battery powered. I really love it. The timer is also a big improvement over my old wreath. The only thing that is mildly disappointing is that it does not "twinkle" the lights, they are either on or off. It would be a very simple improvement to enable the lights to blink to get that twinkle effect.

We ordered the wreaths and received them within the time stated by Brookstone. They were attractive and easy to use. The automatic timer for the wirelss wreath was a good idea and worked well for the most part. We did however have a problem with one of the timers that somehow spontaneously reset itself to a time other than what I had originally set it.

This wreath was perfect for my front door at Christmas. It was very well made and very nice looking. The lights are bright and can either be steady or blinking. The best part about it was the timer. I just set it and forgot about it. It came on at a certain time and went off a few hours later. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

The catalog describes this item correctly as "warm white". becareful if you are going to put it next to other white lights - it looks yellow. Great product. In fact we went back and ordered 3 other wreaths to use in all our front windows.

I loved my wreaths. There were easy to put up, festive, and didn't require power cords. I loved them, until it rained. They did not withstand a rain storm by San Diego standards. I am not sure if I'll replace them.
