This sofa serves it purpose. I needed a sofa bed for an apartment. The one thing I don't like about it is that the back of the couch is black, not the same material as the rest of the couch, so I had no choice but to put it up against a wall..It's very attractive but a little too firm..

I recommend if you like a solid couch instead of a cushiony couch. Great for small places, everything mentioned in the description is accurate. You do have to put the couch together yourself and need 3 people to do it, however, it is very easy.
