ABOUT BROOKSTONE Learn something new…pick it up and play…explore and discover Brookstone, the nationwide specialty retailer, offering innovative consumer products that are unique, clever, practical and fun.
Brookstone began as a cataloger in 1965, and used its direct marketing success to establish our first Store in 1973. Today, Brookstone operates over 300 Stores across the U.S. and has become a powerful retail brand. As the Internet began to develop in the mid 1990's, we leveraged our brand recognition and our established Direct Marketing infrastructure to launch an e-commerce site that was immediately profitable.
Our Corporate Headquarters are located in Merrimack, New Hampshire with the Catalog Distribution Center and Customer Sales & Call Center (mail and telephone orders) located in Mexico, Missouri.
In each Brookstone Store we strive to create a fun, interactive environment with the utmost integrity and Customer Service that simply can't be found anywhere else.
And at the heart of it all are the hundreds of Associates (our employees), who apply their skills and energies daily to make Brookstone what it is today, and even better tomorrow.
This is our history and it is our future.
