They will manage and execute statistical modeling and data analysis / reporting using transactional data. Statistical methodologies knowledge to include multi liner regression and logistic regression, cluster analysis, CART and CHAID. This person will have the software skills to access our direct marketing database, SQL skills to access corporate databases, and SAS skills for modeling and ad hoc analysis. The Analyst should be comfortable with data mining techniques and research in order to troubleshoot issues/anomalies within the data. In addition, new data requirements may be requested and the data source(s) will need to be created through working with various internal organizations (IT, Retail Operations, DM Operations). This position requires excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to translate statistical concepts and methods to the broader team.
Qualified Candidates will possess: - Masters in Econometrics/Statistics or BA with at least 3-5 years experience in developing response models in a direct marketing environment.
- Proven track record of utilizing customer segment information to develop cost-effective marketing programs to grow a business.
- Strong to Expert SAS software skills and well developed quantitative skills required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills essential and must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.

This position is responsible for managing inventory purchases, receipts and shipments to the permanent Mall and Airport based Brookstone Retail stores. In concert with the retail merchant team, the Director of Retail Inventory will aid in the development of semi-annual sku plans, assortments, promotional buys, and development of retail floorsets. This position is also responsible for the enhancement and evolution of the long term technology infrastructure required to support day-to-day inventory operations.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee daily store replenishment by sku from the DC based on plan-o-gram requirements, sales forecasts, service level requirements, and marketing strategies. Manage creation and release of purchase orders to our suppliers in support of product plans, sales forecasts, and presentation requirements. Review for approval all new item additions proposed to the assortment and make recommendations to the merchant teams for items to eliminate. Manage purchases and open-to-buy to achieve established inventory turnover objectives. Manage, train, and coach the activities of the Merchandise Planning teams. Review and recommend IT systems changes and upgrades as necessary to support the needs of Planning & Allocation.

Store Sales Manager- Responsible for managing one Store.
- Innovatively manages the Store by driving sales performance and controlling expenses.
