Overall, this is the best in class. Not nearly as good as the most expensive model out there, but far more comfortable and compact. They could make it a little louder. This particular set had a loose wire which made it cut out frequently on the plane. I just sent it back and they are sending me a new one (I hope :) ).

I like the product because it is compact. however, after limited uage the cord stopped working correctly. I had to hold it to allow the sound to work with both sides.
