This is a lovely blanket that moves through the seasons. Haven't had occasion to launder it yet, but it looks as if it will wash/dry well. Quite nice, and light in weight, but warm. Great combo! Only problem is the nap of the fabric causes it to migrate under the covers, between the top sheet and the layer on top. Other than that, I've no complaints...

I fell in love with this blanket the first night I used it. It's as warm as my old down comforter. What I especially like is that it is light, so it nicely drapes around my body. It's very soft. The "mink" side feels especially soft. I highly recommend this blanket -- buy Thinsulate products whenever I can. I'm thinking of buying this as a gift as well.

I purchased this to replace a down comforter and when it came was doubtful it would really keep me as warm as I like to be in my drafty bedroom. I am an enthusiastic convert! It's lightweight and soft as silk. I love the way it lightly drapes around the body and doesn't feel heavy on me. Observation: the plush looks much "longer" and prominent in the photo than it really is. The fibers are quite delicate and very soft to the hands. I can't comment on how it is after washing, as I haven't tackled that yet.
