Some times it takes little effort to get it thread correctly but once you get it perfect. We used bounty brand paper towels in our's we get the big rolls. Since I install it we cut down on how much paper towel we was wasting. This item is good for the environment. Little costly at first but after that. You will be saving $$$$. And who in today's world don't want to save money. [...] we have no problems so far. Makes a perfect gift or just buy one for yourself you won't be sorry. Works on power supply included you just plug it in to wall outlet and you are ready to go. mount it under your cabinet they provide a templet. Takes about 30 minutes to install Everything is included screws where to drill holes on templet it all there.
