In order to get the stacking trays into the canvas container, you have to force them in. Then when all three are in, you can't zipper the top. In other words, the holder is way too small for the stacking trays. Good luck trying to get the stacking trays out when they're full of ornaments. Very, very poor product.

The ornament stackers are made of cardboard cutouts- I expected something a little nicer for the price. Also the container is extremely tight for the cardboard holders so the handles break immediately. You really have to maneuver to get the ornament holders in and out.
That said, it does hold a lot of ornaments and looks nice. I bought this from Brookstone because I thought the quality would be higher than what was available much cheaper online, but I was wrong.

I just got this 2 days ago. It took me about 25 minutes to put together by myself. The idea is not difficult to understand (even though the directions are not much help) but eveerything is so crammed that it is hard to put the different levels in the canvas tote. In addition, once I got everything in there, I had to mess with it for a while to get it to zip. The zipper did not want to go around the corners at all because it was so tight. I know that I will be able to use the top layer; however, I do not think I would even want to mess with trying to get to the lower ones.
It is not what I was expecting at all and may just get a plastic container about the same size and put the dividers in there and use the canvas tote for something else. Also the canvas tote is pretty flimsy without the cardboard dividers in it which may have been part of why it was so hard to put together.
The one plus side, it does look exactly like the picture on here.

The trays barely fit into the storage bin -- the zipper can't be closed when all three trays are in it. When I tried to return it to the store, they told me it was not a Brookstone product (it is one of their vendors) and they don't carry it in the store, so it couldn't be returned.

Trays fit too tight in the case. If you are packing fragiles you would probably break them trying to squeeze the trays back in. The red case should of been made bigger to hold the trays.

The inserts do not fit the bag. Broke ornaments trying to make the cardboard trays into the too small of a bag.
