I've been using these for the past few months. Nice to see them on Brookstone! They're pretty simple. I use them mostly when I'm following recipes in the kitchen, but have also used them when I've taken my iPad out camping and stuff.
It's a little more pricey than just using Ziploc bags, but it's so much more responsive, clear and really fits properly... not as clunky!
Great stocking stuffer for anyone with an iPad.
