I picked this grill from up Brookstone since I live in a small apartment complex, and they don't allow open flame grills, and I love to grill my steak, so this was a no brainer.I received my grill in fast time! Set up was a bit confusing at times. You only need one washer per screw, not 3 for each like the instructions call for. But assembly wasn't bad enough to dock a star.The only extra thing I needed was a heavy gauge extension cord, I didn't have a plug on my patio, so a trip to my local [...] was called for. Don't skimp out on this if you get one! A plain household cord won't cut it, spend the extra 4$ and get the heavy duty kind.

Love love love this grill! Very easy to use and cooks steaks, chicken and burgers amazingly good! Haven't grilled veggies yet but I will be grilling them soon....sure to be excellent. Only thing the power cord needs to be a little longer.

I didn't expect to get a real grill flavor but was surprised that the Char-Broil delivers the flavor that you expect.
I even use it to cook foods in a frying pan or on a griddle that when cooked inside, smell up the house and/or spread grease in the air.
I have found that temperture control is a bit erratic once food is on the grill and the cover has been closed for a while.
