I also gave one as a gift and felt I had add the warning as they had young children and there had been an article in the paper about some children that had to have surgery. That's the reason I ouldn't reccomend it.

This is a great addition to the Bucky Balls. It is addictive in building shapes not possible with the balls. Like the balls, the magnets are not suitable for small children who may swallow them.
