I had no trouble using the auxilary hook up but when I place the iphone on the dock it worked for a few seconds then on the iphone screen I saw a messaage saying it was not compatible with the device. Disappointed with dock but the speakers sound good.

Great sound, but advertised that this would work with the iPod and/or iPhone. So far, I could not get it to work with either. Very disappointed with this, as I keep most of my songs on my iPod and not my iPad.

Love this boombox; only downside is that precaution is necessary if there are rambunctious pets, kids, or adults near the setup. The IPAD could topple out of its connection to the boombox which was designed (it appears) more specificially for an IPOD. Great buy; go for it!
